My Order Shipped - Where Is It? 

  • Once your order is in the hands of the courier Personalitees LLC has no control or leverage of the status of the package and assumes no responsibility.

How Do I Care For My Pieces? 

  • We recommend you wash your items inside out in cold water and on the low dry setting. Wash with like color items. Do not iron directly on designs or dry clean. 

Can I Cancel My Order? 

  • If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us at support@personaliteesllc.net. Order cancellations are accepted within a 24-hour window of placing your order. Any cancellation requests outside of this window will not be accepted. 

How Can I Track My Order? 

  • Once your order has been packaged and dropped off to the courier, you will receive a email or a SMS message with your tracking number. 

How Can I Contact If I Have A Question? 

- If you have a question that has not been answered in the above list, you may email us at support@prsonaliteesllc.net. Please allow at least 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) for your question to be answered.
